Its my desire to have a piece of property so I can bld two of those…but with three rooms…well, four. Two bedrooms, a bath and a small family/kitchen. We’ve rented such and it seems so much more efficient than bldg another large house that requires constant heating and cooling. Retirees that build castles…must love the taxman.
