November 8th, 2008Delhi has a well established Muslim population – according to one site, close to 12% of the population. Three times a day, cars and mosques blurt out the call to prayer. Muslims come in droves to the nearest mosque where prayer mats have been laid on the ground in the street. No one but the foreigners even bats an eye.
